Payment and Cancellations

Payments:
Prendas Ciclismo accept Visa Delta, Mastercard, Visa, Solo and Switch/Maestro cards as well as the tried and tested cheque/postal orders. If paying by cheque, cheques must be made out to "Prendas Ciclismo" and only in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

From 29th May, Prendas is proud to announce that we are now able to offer PayPal as a payment option via our super-secure payment provider ProTx. The PayPal payment option appears next to the other payment options (Visa, Mastercard, etc) during the checkout process.

All payments will be debited on debit/credit cards to Prendas Ciclismo at the time of despatch. Please note that VAT (Value Added Tax, currently at 20%) will only be deducted from an international order outside of the European Union. In addition to this, the customer may be liable to local taxes on arrival of your order.

Cancellations:
This section has been changed on the 11th June 2001 to incorporate the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Orders may be cancelled/amended in part or whole at any time prior to dispatch. Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent within 7 days of date of receipt, you may return the order for a full refund less return carriage costs. See Refunds section below for details. We do not charge a cancellation or re-stocking fee.

As our orders are usually processed and dispatched within a few hours of receipt we strongly recommend cancellation/amendment notice is given by calling us by Telephone as soon as possible. Alternatively notice may be given by e-mail to info@prendas.co.uk.

If you do decided to inform us via email, please give as much information as possible, for example your order number, name address and a contact telephone number if we have any queries.
