Before the TwistGel insert was developed, the Top insert was given to all of the professional riders sponsored by Santini. Even today, it is still used today in all pro-issue skinsuits.
The insert is a combination of high quality materials and is made of a multiple-density foam (high at the saddle, low in the pedaling area).
The anatomical structure is obtained by the special shaped stitching at the saddle area and the special fabric on the surface guarantees excellent breathability.
No cream is necessary to soften even after many washes, its performance is maintained over time.
