20/10, First off, let me say how pleased we were with our recent order of 2 pair of Santini arm warmers for my wife and me, both with respect to the fit -- your advice on the sizing was spot on -- and the service (we placed the order on a Monday night here, so the earliest you would have received it would have been Tuesday morning, and, amazingly, our package was delivered to us on Friday morning). As a result, we were able to wear the arm warmers on a ride we had scheduled on Saturday morning and I don't think we've ridden without them since. Thanks for the great service. J.T. (USA)

15/6, Just want to say, the Santini arm and leg warmers I received from you the other week are the best I have ever have worn. They are both so light and warm and the knee warmers fit perfectly due to the way they incorporate that slight kink in there manufacture just where the knee is . All the other knee warmers are just made straight and tend to work there way down my leg when riding. P.W. (GBR)
