Well alot has gone down since my last blog i think the most important bit is that i have joined a new team, Magnus Maximus Coffee.com. So yes i do get alot of coffee and its pretty damn good aswell cant do a ride without it.

So with my new team ive been racing back in Europe again which is a long time overdue and i was really excited. First off i went to sweden to race three crits and a kermesse style road race. All of them went well with my team mate getting a win in one of the crits and my best result being in the kermesse where i got 17th after a long hard day which ended up in a bunch sprint which isnt the best way i like to finish races especially when the last km must have had the whole of sweden's road furniture so as you can imagine it was pretty sketchy.

So after a few days staying in sweden and recovering it was a long trip down to spain for the tour of prynees (dan fleeman won last year). So to put it bluntly it was a very hard race and with little columbians attacking you as soon as it went a meter up hill it was a big struggle especially as it was 42 degrees and i really couldnt cope with it and got a bit of heat stroke and ended up pulling out on the second day. But it was a bit of being thrown in at the deep end so wasnt expecting much i just wanted to get through it but hey ho!!

So after a couple of premiers the last few weekends where recently i got 7th in the richmond GP things are as hetic as ever as im preparing for the National TT Champs so ive been doing alot of evening 10's to prepare and alot of tinkering of the bike to get the bike legal aswell the UCI really dont make it easy.

After the TT Champs im off to belguim for a handful of kermesses and aslo the duo normandy TT where i will be teaming up with Swedish TT Champ Alex Whethall so hopefully a good result will come from it and a good end to the season and finally put my feet up after a hetic season.

Till next time. take it easy!!
